Childcare for Conventions, Conferences and Corporate Retreats
Professionals with young kids often skip conferences or leave early because childcare is hard to arrange away from home. Mother Goose Child Care makes it easier to say yes. We provide trained, vetted sitters for conventions in Salt Lake City and for corporate retreats, incentive trips, board meetings and offsites in Park City and Deer Valley.
Every Mother Goose caregiver is interviewed, reference checked and drug tested, passes a BeenVerified background check, and is trained in CPR and first aid. We’re a local Utah team with more than 15 years of experience caring for visiting families, and we are the preferred childcare and baby gear vendor for The St. Regis Deer Valley and Waldorf Astoria Park City.
What we offer event organizers
- Event kids’ rooms. A supervised room near your sessions, staffed for the number and ages of children registered, with toys, crafts and activities.
- In-room sitters for evening functions. Attendees can go to the awards dinner or networking reception while a sitter handles bedtime in their hotel room.
- Spouse and family programs. Sitters so partners traveling with attendees can ski, hit the spa or join the guest activities.
- Baby gear for attendees. Cribs, high chairs and strollers delivered to hotel rooms before check-in through our childcare equipment rental.
- One point of contact. We work with your meeting planner or HR team on registration, the schedule and the space.
Salt Lake City conventions
We serve conferences at the Salt Palace Convention Center and downtown Salt Lake City hotels. We can send sitters to attendees’ rooms before and after sessions or staff a group childcare room during the program.
Park City and Deer Valley corporate retreats
Retreats and incentive trips at mountain resorts often include families. We can provide sitters at the resort or in guests’ rooms and condos during meetings, team dinners and activities. That way attendees can bring their kids and still give the event their full attention.

Who Pays for Conference Childcare?
Organizers often cover childcare as an attendee benefit, and some split the cost with attendees. Individual attendees can always book their own in-room sitter at our standard rates plus a $25 booking fee per booking date. Group programs are quoted per event.

Can you provide childcare at the Salt Palace Convention Center?
We can send sitters to attendees’ hotel rooms near the Salt Palace, and we can discuss on-site group childcare with your planner and the venue.
Do you offer childcare for corporate retreats in Park City?
Yes. We serve resorts, hotels and private homes across Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons Village. Sitters can care for kids in a group room or in each family’s lodging.
Can attendees book sitters individually?
Yes. Attendees can book online at our standard rates, with a four-hour minimum per booking date.
How many sitters will we need?
It depends on the number and ages of the children and on your schedule. Send us your registration estimate and we’ll recommend a team.
Are your sitters background checked?
Every caregiver is interviewed, reference checked and drug tested, passes a BeenVerified background check, and is trained in CPR and first aid.
Can attendees rent baby gear?
Yes. Cribs, Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs and strollers are delivered and set up before arrival, then picked up after the event.
