Childcare for Weddings, Conferences and Group Events in Utah
When an event brings families to Park City or Salt Lake City, the kids need a plan too. Mother Goose Child Care provides trained, vetted sitters for weddings, conferences, corporate retreats, family reunions and private parties. We can run a supervised kids’ room at your venue, send sitters to guests’ hotel rooms, or staff a whole team for a weekend of events.
Every Mother Goose caregiver is interviewed, reference checked and drug tested, passes a BeenVerified background check, and is trained in CPR and first aid. Bringing three generations to a cabin in Park City? We can send several sitters to your rental so the adults can ski, golf or enjoy a dinner out, and deliver cribs, high chairs and strollers for every family before you arrive. We also staff holiday parties, birthdays and private celebrations.
How event childcare works
- Tell us about your event: the date, venue, schedule, and the number and ages of the children.
- We recommend a staffing plan, whether that’s a kids’ room, in-room sitters or both, and send you a quote.
- Before the event we collect a child roster with ages, allergies and parent contacts.
- On the day, our lead sitter checks children in and out and keeps parents updated.
Leave the crib at home
Guests flying in for an event can rent cribs, Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, strollers and more from our childcare equipment rental. Everything is delivered and set up before they arrive and picked up after they leave.

What kinds of events do you staff?
Weddings, conventions and conferences, corporate retreats, family reunions, holiday parties and private celebrations across Park City, Deer Valley, the Cottonwood Canyons, Sundance and Salt Lake City.
Can you provide more than one sitter?
Yes. We build multi-sitter teams based on how many children are attending and their ages, with a lead sitter as your single point of contact.
Do you come to hotels and vacation rentals?
Yes. Our sitters come to hotel rooms, condos, private homes and rentals, so guests can keep children on their usual bedtime while they attend evening events.
How is event childcare priced?
Families who book their own sitter pay our standard hourly rates plus a $25 booking fee per booking date. Kids’ rooms and sitter teams are quoted per event based on the number of children, their ages and the hours.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Summer weekends, fall wedding season and winter holidays fill quickly in Park City.
